Collective Oregon Eateries (CORE): Food Cart Pod and Food Hall Security Installation
Hanry, the owner of CORE, contacted us to design a CCTV security solution for his food cart eatery and event space. We proposed and installed a Reolink security system built for maximum coverage and reliability. We will be installing a similar security system at Hanry’s personal residence in the near future.
The installation included:
- A 16-channel 4K Reolink Network Video Recorder (NVR)
- 14 high-resolution cameras strategically placed for full indoor and outdoor protection
- Over 2,000 feet of Cat6 cabling, providing direct runs from each camera to the NVR for ultra-reliable video streams
- Local video storage on a secured 8TB hard drive, housed in a locked control room with a dedicated monitor for on-site viewing
Reolink Security System Equipment Installed:
- 1x 16-Channel 4K Network Video Recorder (NVR)
- 1x Duo 3 180° Camera
- 10x 820A Turret Cameras
- 2x Duo 2V Cameras
- 1x 840A Camera
- 1x 8TB Surveillance Hard Drive
We utilized several 180° Duo cameras to maximize area coverage and eliminate blind spots. The system allows Hanry to access live camera feeds anytime, anywhere, through the Reolink app.
Our team completed the full system installation in just two days.

Lake Oswego Home Upgrades: AV and WiFi Networking
After retiring from a successful career in TV and music, Mark wanted to upgrade his new Lake Oswego home with modern AV and networking systems. After a great first project together, he brought us back for a much bigger installation. Here’s what we accomplished:
- Setup Living Room TV and Surround Sound
- Wall mounted 65” Samsung TV
- Installed in-wall front speakers to connect to a Sonos Amp in the credenza – Focal 300 IW6/s
- Installed 2x Sonos Era 500’s for surround sound
- Installs Sonos Subwoofer
- Set up preamp and turntable connection in the Living Room
- Created a Kitchen audio zone:
- Installed 4 in-ceiling speakers – Focal 300 ICW 8’s
- Powered by a Sonos Amp located in the Laundry Room
- Set up Media Room TV and surround sound:
- Mounted 75” Samsung on flush mount bracket – Neo QLED 2024
- Installed front left, front right, and center channel speakers – Focal 300 IW6’s and Aria Evo Center
- Added a Denon AVR X3800H (Sonos Read) A/V receiver & set up Dolby Atmos functionality
- Installed 4 surround speakers – Focal Aria no.1 Bookshelf Speakers
- Installed 2 new in-ceiling speakers for Dolby Atmos – Focal 300 ICW 8’s
- Installed Dynamat En-Wall speaker enclosures for improved acoustic performance
- Setup Master Bedroom TV and surround sound:
- Wall mount 55” Samsung TV
- Installed 2 in-ceiling speakers powered by a Sonos Amp in the Laundry Room – Focal 300 ICW 8’s
- Wall mounted Sonos ARC soundbar under TV
- Completed additional AV tasks:
- Installed 2 outdoor speakers and added a Sonos Amp for outdoor audio – Bowers & Wilkens AM1’’s
- Installed and programmed an Orbi mesh network system for full-home Wi-Fi coverage
- Routed network wiring from Xfinity modem in the Living Room to the Laundry Room cabinet; installed a switch to activate all available data ports
- Reset and optimized Orbi network systems
